<h1><b>Become a part of our caring community</b><br> </h1>The Care Management Support Assistant (CMSA) employs a variety of strategies and techniques to support a member's wellness state by coordinating services and resources. The CMSA may support responsibilities including care and service coordination and redeterminations. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">prioritization/timing,</span> and works. Follow standard policies that allow for some opportunity for <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">interpretation/deviation</span> and independent.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Position Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Contribute to administration of care management.</li><li>Provide CM support by managing shared mailboxes and entering data into work queues, mailing letters/educational material, researching unable to contact members and will complete other administrative responsibilities, as assigned</li><li>Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' requirements. This support helps achieve or maintain an wellness state.
